THIS IS BRINGING T YOUR KIND NOTICE THAT I VISITED LOHGARH BRANCH OF SBI AT AMRITSAR AND I WENT THERE TO DEPOSIT CASH. AFTER ASKING WHERE THIS BIT HEAVY CASH(ABOVE 50K) WILL BE DEPOSITED. ONE BRANCH PERSON POINTED TOWARDS SINGLE WINDOW WHO WAS SITTING ON COUNTING MACHINE. WHEN MY NO. CAME THE LADY WHO WAS SITTING ON SEAT SAID THIS CASH WILL NOT DEPOSIT HERE AND TOLD THIS CASH WILL BE DEPOSITED TO COUNTING MACHINE WINDOW. THEN I CAME THERE AND THEN THIS PERSON SAID NO HE WILL NOT DEPOSIT THE SINGLE WINDOW LADY WILL TAKE THIS DEPOSIT. AFTER REQUESTING BOTH COUNTER I WENT TO BRANCH MANAGER (MR.PARAMJIT) BUT HE WAS NOT THERE THEN I MOVED TO MR. kHANNA WHO WAS SERVICE MANAGER BUT HE ALSO DINT SHOW VERY MUCH CONCERN IN THIS CASE. iT WAS VERY MUCH BITTER EXPERIENCE OF SBI BANK. WHICH IS DECREASING THE BRAND IMAGE OF BANK. AND THIS WAS NOT THE CAE WITH ME ONLY I WAS OBSERVING WHOSOEVER IS COMING WITH 2-3 PACKETS OF CASH(100 OR 500/-) WAS FACING SAME PROBLEM. PLEASE TAKE ACTIONS SO THAT CUSTOMER COULD NOT SUFFER. I HOPE THIS WILL NOT HAPPEN AGAIN WITH ANY OTHER CUSTOMER IN NEAR FUTURE. Was this information helpful? | |
