I am feeling very regretted to say that the Bank Employees of Himmat Puri, SBI Bank think themselves as if they are God. They treat the customer as a beast. They avoid their duties. They do not open the bank on time. They 1-2 hrs in lunch. They are always busy in talking on mobiles while this is restricted for customers to use mobile in bank. They tease customer in opening a saving account rather they are providing all the required documents to them. They use very unfair reasons to tease the people.
Pls get them punished with their higher authorities.
