[Resolved]  SBI Cards — Reason for application rejection

Dear sir,

I had applied for a Sbi Gold credit card. A lady executive called me up and promised me that definitely you will get the credit card to ur residence.

I got one message from SBI stating your application is under process. Then next day under online status of SBI credit card they mentioned

"We regret to inform you that your SBI Card Application could not be processed since it does not meet our policy. We thank you for your time."

I have given all the documents .Please tell me what are the reasons for rejectting my application. And how to applyagain.

and promised me that definitely you will get the credit card to ur
residence.

I got one message from SBI stating your application is under process.
after 10 days under online status of SBI credit card they mentioned

"We regret to inform you that your SBI Card Application could not be
processed since it does not meet our policy. We thank you for your
time."

I have given all the documents .Please tell me what are the reasons for rejectting my application i pay advanced amount in Fixed deposit mode. And how to applyagain.

I got one message from SBI stating your application is under process with in 11 days, after 5 days I got one message from SBI stating your application is under process with in 9 days. after 3 days I got one message from SBI stating your application is under process with in 5 days.

2 times our executive they have completed verification through phone and door step also.

Then next day under online status of SBI credit card they mentioned

"We regret to inform you that your SBI Card Application could not be processed since it does not meet our policy. We thank you for your time."

I have given all the documents .Please tell me what are the reasons for rejectting my application. And how to apply again.

sir on 27oct 2014 i applied for sbi gold credit card based on my 20000 fixed deposit, and i got a verification call on 29 oct 2014, now 1nov 2014 i tracked my application online, its shows We regret to inform you that your SBI Card Application could not be processed since it does not meet our policy. I got a message asking me to wait for 11 days. I have applied for a SBI Simply Save Credit Card online and on 29th Jan I got a call from SBI representative collect the KYC documents. He came to my office and collected to documents. After 2 days, I got a verification call from SBI. After a week, I got an SMS that to process your application further please give us a missed call on the given number. I gave a missed call the number provided but I have received no communication from SBI.

Then I received an Email saying that we are unable to reach you please provide us your alternate numbers. I replied them with the alternate numbers.

On 9th Feb, I received a SMS "Thank your for your interest in SIMPLY SAVE VISA. Our representative HIS NAME, mobile no. XXXXXXXXXX11111 will get in touch with you shortly. I waited but I did not received any call from HIM.

After this I tried to check my application status online and it says "Congratulations your credit card application has been approved and your card will be delivered with in 10 working days. I was happy that I will receive my SBI Credit card.

I waited for a week but I did not received the card then I checked the status again online and it says "We regret to inform you that your SBI Card Application could not be processed since it does not meet our policy."

I was shocked to see such kind status by SBI Card team.
