[Resolved]  SBI Credit Cards — Harrasements from recovery staff with contradictory commitements

Dear Sir/Mam,

I, Ketan D. Sardesai, Unfortunate Credit card holder & horribly harassed of SBI Credit cards. I have already once complained regarding harassment implied by SBI recovery dept. My case ID is CaseID=[protected]' After launching a complaint last time, Miss Amarpreet Kaur spoken with me regarding my complaint & even wrote to me & promised to resolve my problem. As per my previous mail & continuous request, I wanted SBI to cut my payments from my account directly. I have given the request in their supplied format. I have acknowledgement copy of the same with me. She confirmed me that I should send her a cancelled cheque & she will start auto debiting my dues from my account on monthly basis. When I converted my dues in ECS they said my amount per month is 2193/- . I wrote her in Email that I have lost trust from SBI people because every time somebody from SBI commits some thing & other says it is invalid. This has occurred many times. Hence I requested her to confirm that what will be my amount of EMI & for how many months it will get cut & I will send you the cheque so that she can start auto debiting the amount from my account. No reply was there from her side till the date.

2 days back the same things have started again. SBI executive from Mumbai namely neetu called from[protected] & suddenly started convincing me for settlement of amount in lesser amount. I clearly mentioned that I am not interested in settling it, Since day 1 I am interested in auto debit only, but this so called customer care team could not solve my single query till the date. Every time they say that this harassment will not happen again & every time it happens repeatedly.

That lady was not knowing anything about my case & even was not ready to here single word from me & was just forcing me to either settle or pay full amount at once where as I have been committed by them to cut it in 12 months. I have planned my finance according to the same, then how can they say that Miss Amarpreet is wrong? If she is wrong then why she committed like that ?

Same day evening other lady from[protected] called neesha & she suddenly turned around, she said that I will not be availed with ECS without any reason as she committed that she don’t know it. Then I said that their other executive was offering me settlement & she typically said that she was wrong & no settlement is possible.

These people are just playing with customer’s life. How & why should I disturb my finance planning for whole year because of SBI mistake & carelessness ?
Who will pay for the mental imbalance created due to continuous harassment from SBI executive ?
Who will bare the tension & problems created due to contradictory behavior of SBI recovery people ?
Who is going to pay If I loose something major like my job due to this bad customercareship as I am not allowed to talk on phone while on job ?

Finally that lady neeta has taken the promise from me to give 3 cheque’s for my pending amount, which will hamper my month badly & going to create mess in my next remaining years budget. I am holding SBI responsible for the same & not willing to pay the amount in such big quantum. I am ready to pay it from day 1 but whole team of SBI has failed to give me only service of auto debit in 12 months. I am warning SBI customer care & recovery dept that this is not possible for me to pay such a big amount suddenly. That lady neeta is going to send her executive to me on Monday. I need my solution before that. As I am unable to pay such a big amount at once. It will create problems from me & I don’t want to bare problems of being honest & bad service from SBI. SBI recovery is solely responsible for the problems created in my life & instability created.

I hope you can do a little about this. Need a help being a honest customer & citizen.
