On the 7th May, 2009 around 4:45 p.m. one person reached my residence and introduced himself as SBI Staff with your banks LOGO. After identifying SBI Banks Logo I have allowed him to enter in my residence. After he entered, he asked me about the Pin Number and said that my card is tampered, upon that he also mentioned your card has been expired as you have not received the Pin Number within 8 days, so you will receive a new Credit Card along with Pin Number in next couple of days. As the said person introduced himself as SBI Staff with your banks Logo, I handover my aforementioned SBI Gold Credit Card to him. As till date I had not received the Pin Number, use of the said card is not done by me, which I had obtained in the month of April, 2009 through online application. As mentioned above, the said SBI staff person who were representing himself with your banks Logo had taken my Credit Card and started using it, which was made known to me when I received a phone call from your Investigation Department asking me about use of Credit Card whether it is with me or stolen or whether I am using or have used it for transaction. But I come to know this after receiving your call, so with immediate effect I deactivated my card dated 9th May, 2009. As till date I have not received the Pin Number, no question o[censored]sing it for any transaction by me. But as the said person representing himself with your banks Logo handover me a note signed by him which please be noted. I hereby request you to kindly look into the matter and investigate on the same at the earliest and oblige. Thanking you, and assuring you of my full co-operation. Yours faithfully, Vijay Limaye Copy to (cc): Was this information helpful? | |
