Respected Regional manager, SBI- Kollam Sir, I am writing this complaint wrt the Vehicle loan I took from Kannanallor Branch-Kollam 6 months ago. I was remitting EMI regularly, but in between due to my father's hospitalization and surgery I could not pay the EMI for 2 months and I explained about my situation to the Field officer and the Bank Manager- Kannanallor. But i had a very bad experience from the bank side. The manager talks rubbishy and blackmailing with the power of their GUNDAYISAM like a BLADE MAFIA. It is really shameful for the dignity of the nationalised banks to react in such a way to a lender. If thee is a nonpayment till now, the act is understandable. But just for a 2 months pending EMI, such a great scene..itz really really pathetic. They are harassing day by day with their threat calls and blackmails. I am really very unhappy with the SBI banking Service. Are the managers paying for threatening peoples for a little cause? Is their any right to harass a lender who had mistakenly took loan from them? Itz really shocking and appalling. The bank Branch manager is Rajani who uses dirty language to spoil the mental peace. I am desperate to write before you sir. Please have a look into this matter. Atleast to treat customers in a good way for keeping the reputation of SBI Bank. SBI should value customer. I think its a common nature of SBI unlike private banks
