[protected] from Kerakat State Bank of India. i had taken this policy from kerakat sbi branch on 25.08.2011 through Mr. Amresh Mishra (Facilitator), My premium frequency is annually and premium amount is Rs. 50000/- my premium due date is 9th sept of every year. i had deposited three instalment i.e. Rs. 150000 ( Rs. one lakh fifty thousand only ) now i would like to close my policy from next due date i.e. 09.09.2014. i would like to disactivate my sif from a/c no.
