Dear Sir/Madam, Ref Folio No 8781457 I had sent request to CAMS on 15.12.10 for change of name & address due to marriage and also submitted attested xerox copies of marriage certificate and PAN card twice with a request to send my redemption cheque with correction in new name at my new address. I have been following it up since last one and half month and I am getting same reply from customer care that we have not received your original documents yet we can not process your request. I had lodged complaint against CAMS on 11.1.11 with Sushmita under complaint No [protected] then I follow up against on 18.1.11 I got the same answer from Ramakant again I called up today and talked to Higher authority Mr Rajan he told me he will look into the matter & I have to call him on 27.1.11.
