I have saving account with account no. [protected] and due to not properly working of atm card i logged a request for changing the card on around 21 Feb. 2011 in Punjabi bagh branch with branch code: 1704. they said that u have to pay extra amount of Rs200 that will be deducted from your account and you get your new card within 10 to 20 days. but I didn’t get it so on 14 march i visited to the branch ask about the status they said sir we don’t have any information about card status you can call on our toll free no. [protected] then your executive said that sir your card had been dispatched you will get that in 7 to 8 day but I didn’t get it so i call again on your toll free no. then executive said that sir your application is in process again they said for wait for 7 to 8day. Its more than 1.5 months but I didn’t get my card. on 8/4/11 i again call there helpline they logged my complaint with complaint no. NR [protected] said you got a call from us bt i didnt get anythng after 5 day today i again call them there executive said sir complaint is logged but with a wrong address nd not in atm card department so they again logged a complaint with complaint no.: OA[protected] but after these events i didnt beleave them so plzz figure out this throgh you. Help me
So please resolve my problem as soon as possible
