[Resolved]  SBI Railway Credit Card — SBI PRIVILEGE CIRCLE PROGRAM

There was a call to my mobile one evening from a lady from SBI tempting me to an offer of Privelege circle from SBI credit cards.She said I would get one domestic air ticket free and 2 nights stay free with spouse and two children below 10 years at any specified hotels which she said she would send me a list.She said I would be charged Rs.6,067/- for this.I was tempted to join and accepted.
Promptly in the next credit card statement (card no. [protected]), the amount was debited from my credit card account.
Even after giving several dates, the concerned people at SBI could not book my air ticket request even after 6 months ( the statement is dated Dec 2009) and this would get lapsed my next month. Also they have yesterday sent me an attachment of a complimentary stay voucher of a hotel which was not in the original list and also mentions that this was for two adults and two children below 5 years only or else I would be charged extra.
Sir after waiting for so long and so many reminders, I just would not like to utilise the offer. Instead I would like to have my money back.
Please help.
