[Resolved] SBI Railway Credit Card — Credit card complaint | |||
Hi, I got a call from SBI rail way credit card '' saying that iam a premium customer for them and they are going to offer me SBI Railway credit card".The executives explained me first year membership fee will be Rs 500 p.a and there on every year renewal fee will be Rs Rs 300 p.a..The executives explained me the other terms and conditions of the credit card ,After that i agreed for the terms and conditions.The ececutive personally came to me with the application.I filled the application " Application No S[protected]" .Then after the bank executives made the back ground verification etc.After one and half months,i contacted the customer care for knowing my applications status.Now the customer care executives are telling that, iam not eligible for the card and further as per the policy of the bank they should not explain the reasons for that. As leading bank,doing this types of practises need to be corrected. If iam not eligible for the card,why they have to contact do the above process? Was this information helpful? | |||
