[Resolved] SBIcard — worst website | |
Website for this SBI card is one of the worst possible. It remains down on most of the days, due to all sorts of errors. Either it is "Internal server error", or "Site under repair", or simply non-responsive, etc. etc. I can't remember any one occasion when I could enter the site in time. They are supposed to send me statements over e-mail, which they conveniently forget. Neither do they send it through normal mail. Only for promotional offers, their call centre contacts me regularly. I totally agree with the complaints. Keeping track of transactions & due dates of SBI Card is so difficult (non-accessible website, irregular statements) that I have completely stopped using the card. Further, to my utter surprise, a transaction posted on the website on x date is shown in y date if you login after a few days. What is the sanctity of such changing e-statement?

What else can you expect from a PSU -babu- Bank. These guys live in the Dino-age.
