[Resolved]  SCHOOL FEE — Annual Fee demand by School for Transfer Certificate

Dear Sir;
School is demanding Annual Fee for issuing Transfer Ceretificate.
Address of the Scool is:

E-7, SECTOR-50, NOIDA(U.P.)


My E-Mail to principal is reproduced below to give the clarity in the matter.I have recieved no reply from the School so far.Please suggest what forums should I contact to seek justice.

Dear Madam;
This has the reference of the following mail send to you regarding transfer ceritificate.My wife has visisted your school today she was told by your office that we have
to submit annual fee and one month transport fee only then we will be issued
transfer certificate.

It is very unfortunate that School is demanding unreasonable amount.we had verbally coomunivcated about the leaving of school to your office on 15/03/2008 the same lady told that you can come when school reopens now we are told that we have to submit annual fee and one month transport fee.

Madam I seek your kind intervention in this matter and kindly instruct your office not to demand unreasonable dues.

I hope I shall get your kind cooperation inthis matter.
