school teacher — bribery by the loan officer

I wanted some personal loan . Then I contacted loan officer of SBI ,NAL ,Bangalore. He told me that he want some bribe or he will not give the loan. Then I told about this to manager but he did`nt take any action. People should be aware about this kind of officers. State Bank Of India should take some actions.
