Dear Sir/Madam,
I had taken a Loan from Bank of Punjab original no being 3ELA4007235, which was merged with Centuriun bank and later taken over by HDFC Ltd.After which my loan number changed to 91463640 and customer ID being 91542323.
I had submitted a letter at your Kandivali Home Loan office at the SV Rd, mumbai 2 months back requesting for the list of documents in the Bank custody and a statement giving details of the EMI Payments.
Surprisingly till date neither I have received the Statement and the letter nor there has been any one who had called me regarding the reasons of delay.
On top of it I have been receiving calls from your agency based out of Gurgaon claiming that the rate of interest has increased and I need to give new debit instructions.
I have been very unsatisfied by the Banks approach towards the existing customer like me who has been regularly paying my EMIs.
Request you to kindly help me in retriveing a letter mentioning the list of original documents submitted /in custody of the organisation.
My Hoam loan was taken on the Floating rate of Interest and HDFC has been very proactive in increasing the rates but have not cared to reduce the rates whislst other banks have respectfully complied to .
Secondly while had taken the loan from Bank of Punjab it was agreed that there would not be any foreclosure charges but when I spoke to agency (who had come to collect the EMI cheques) they have stated that there would be charges of 1.75 %.

sir i have one 8marla plot in mohali and its construction is mostly done just few finishing is left and i had some fund problem so i think to take a loan of 4 to 5 lakh and i had taken load from your bank for my new scorpio so i think to visit again to you as i was thinking i will get some respect and easily loan but this time your employee play with my emotion sir i had appliyed my loan 50 days before and after 51 day they said very esily that your loan is rejected and i tried to know about the actual reson for me rejection of application and i come to know only that my office enquary is negative as they found one employee when they visit in my off
sir i felt strange about knowing this then i clear the issue with staff actually one sikh person visit friday on 29/5/09 in my office and he meet to my Er. Arun along with another ER. was sitting named Rashi but he asked to Arun that where is Navdeep(myself) he said that sir Navdeep is not here you can meet MR Baljit Sir( MD of my company) he is sitting in his cabin this means three person is present at that time and i had total 4 employee working regulary in my office and else my work is done by freelanse persons from different palsces but the person didnt meet to my MD and left the office by saying that he had called to Navdeep and he is coming here Baljit ask to Arun to call that person and let me meet him but at that time he was out of office and reported that its negative as only one person he meet
sir this time noone did anything for me just they did that they played with me and with my family emotions sir you tell me what does it means after 50 days sir 50 days its enough and they said no last time when i took loan it was 6 lakh for my scorpio andt it total coat was around 9 lakh and i get my car in two days but this time my plot along with constrution done has the coast above 50 lakh and i need only 5 lakh and they refuse my very hard after 50 days
we are three here in India myself and my parents (both are govt pensioner from your off three person are mainly responsible for playing with my emotios two are executive sandeep and vikas and one there boss Adity Lakhanpal who did my meeting and after 50 day she sent enquary and that inqueary was tataly false
sir what happen is best for me i didnt have any write to say that you have to give me loan sir its your bank money and you know batter that to whom you have to give or whom to not now i just need a single help from you people that i once want to meet that person who did the fake or false inquary i just want to know who says him to do so please help me sir by doing favour for me i will be thankful to you all
waiting for your reply and also request you to never repeat this type of things for any one i m strong and i can mannage all but sometime its difficult to mannage for some one
