[Resolved]  Seaworks Qatar — Duping in name of other Company and not paying salary for three months

Yes friends My husband was also there and he was also stuck there bcoz we have taken a loan for the job and paid a huge amount and now he came back without money after 3 months. the company doesnt pay him any thing and to much despair we provided him the return ticket. now all aur money is wasted bcoz of the consultancy MELCO MANAGEMENT cuff parade MUMBAI and his owner MR MAULANA who refused to refund our money. Plz friends avoid that company help me to aware all the people who are going there.

Is it possible that you are incompetent and failed to perform, and that's the real reason why you returned back after 3 months? I know for a fact that Qatar's government has very tough laws to protect employees from companies that don't pay, and if the employee fails then he loses, and that might be the real story behind your problem. Also, Why wouldn't the manpower recruiting firm refuse to refund your money if you were terminated by your employer unjustly?

No idea actually whats true.. can anyone elaborate rightfully??

I think Mr mubarakia is one of the loyal(boot licker) employee of this company, or he may be the owner of the company, that is why it is very hard for him to digest the truth. if you are the employee than i can analyze easily that you dont have a family to look after or they might have thrown you because of your lie and your continuous procrastination for not feeding them properly, but we people who are earning in the gulf are totally dedicated for our family and for their upbringing, so if we will not get the payment timely by working 11 hrs * 6 days by shedding every ounce of sweat and blood for the sake of the company and when the time of payment comes we are deprived of it. so who will work in this environment by paralyzing their family for food and children for studies when they are not able to pay the school fees for 3 long months.
I have seen many employees suffering in this company (SEAWORKS) who were begging for a single riyal each day just to have a puff, and that was not the first time that the company didn't payed but this is continuous habit of the company since its birth. And final point to Mr. Mubarkia, the person who are incompetent can only survive in your company because they know if they will leave this company they will not be able to get a job any where else, that's the only reason i left the company and flew to home with my own ticket leaving my two months salary. And sister MAHINDER i can understand your pain and agony you and family has suffered from this unjust and corrupt company and the bloody son of swine MOULANA of MELCO Management cuff parade, world trade center, Mumbai, even i also went there and filed a case against them in the police. so its upto you my friends whether you want to taste this real pain with your own selves and then cursing yourself by going there.

And final word to the company, fear Allah, as you will not live in this world forever and Insha Allah you will pay for your wicked and evil deed in this world only. Maybe you can do injustice to people make their life miserable, but Allah has an eye on each and everything for what you and me are doing, and he is best in doing justice in this world as well as hereafter. If you are telling lie then you will pay for it and if i am telling a lie then i will pay for it in this world only, then only you will realize that it is the rebound of what you have done earlier to other people.
Do You think you will not die and and you will not become old, you will not face disharmony, you not face Allah's wrath ??? if not, then you are wrong! every body has to die and has to pay for their deeds here in this world only. The curse of many innocent people and their children and their parents will make your life miserable one day, come to Allah's way don't play with your employee and their family lives.
Now Alhamdulilah i am working in Saudi very well and they thought that i will not be able to get a job any where else, my friends if you have potential you will earn anywhere in this world but dont go to this company to make your life miserable. And i write a complain against the MELCO MANAGEMNET MUMBAI, because he is the only one who is trapping people by saying that this is a very good company.
Verify it thoroughly from your friends and family before coming here if you doubt me, because no body can tell you the real story except the workers who are working there.

All Labour Supply Companies are criminals by nature, it is forbidden in Qatar to charge an employee for work, all charges must be to the company !

Dubai was also built on the blood of the poor, there was no oil there, so gangsters used Visa Scams to fleece the illiterate workers, that is how the gangsters became rich, and then they have a "Sham Charity" to show they are good people, most of them are outwardly very religous, but in reality they have a contract with the devil !

I work for the Qatar Labour Department and I have investigated this company, and I checked the case of Mr. Gladwin Anthony Dias (MAJESTIC) which is the man that initiated this complaint, and I found the following:
1) When Mr. Dias arrived in Qatar he placed an ad in the paper searching for a new job
2) Mr. Dias found anoher job and the new employer requeted a letter of "No Objection" from Seaworks confirming that they have no obection that Mr. Dias works for them, which is illegal in Qatar, so he made a letter and forged the signature of the manager.
3) When the company discovered the forged documet they approached Mr. Dias and he apologized, but then started fighting with other employees on daily basis, so the company would terminate him so he can work for the other company, not knowing that our laws prohibit his return for 2 years.
4) It seems that this is the main reason he wrote the complaint in this website against the company, while hiding the real reasons for his behavior.
Can you respond to the above facts Mr. Dias?

Attention all My Brothers, My Name is Anita Sharma I am from North India i am writing here behalf of My Husband he is also a victim of this fraud company. he went there to work in the seaworks but after working there almost four month he didn't get any salary when he asked for the salary they said you are failed in the test and we will pay you half of your salary my husband didn't accept that then they said ok bring your ticket and go back to your company my husband didn't have money for ticket then he called me for ticket money then i took money from my father and send it to my husband only after that he came back.
after his coming back i asked him about his experience in the company that was unbelievable i can't write all but the main thing he told me that there is nothing like a company this is a group of two man and two woman only may be you all know that all four person there.
Now My husband in oman he got a Very good job in a big organization so i just want to ask from seaworks if my husband is unskilled how he got a job in a big company? Any way this is my suggestion to all my brother beware of This Company and one thing more we are processing our application with HRC India and Ministry of Labour also to Black list this company and Protect my all brother.

I also want to share my horrible experience in this SEAWORKS QATAR company. I thought i am going to a great company in Qatar cause the website we saw in the internet is convincing. But to my surprise, it was horrible from the day i came there. There's no proper equipment in work, all of their equipment is not functioning well, no proper office in site, all employees working there are not receiving their salary for months and worst in years. When I learned about this I decided to quit When I inform them that I am quitting they told me to pay all my dues like airfare, food, accommodation etc. I paid them for about 3, 000 RIAL.When I already paid them they still did not give my EXIT visa and worse they take me to the Qatar police. Beware of this M K WHO IS THE OWNER of this company together with his assistant, T. And other personnel R L. and two secretaries, B C & B A. They work as a team and will put you in BIG PROBLEM. SO BEWARE of this company.

I am from the Philippines, Seaworks Qatar is now in contact with our local agencies here to recruit staff for their company. Actually the reason I came across in this site is because I am looking for information about this company - I cannot find a concrete information about it and I came across this site. I am actually now invited for a Skype interview this coming September by their contact agency here. I guess, if your testimonies are true, they are now here to get workers because you ar enow refusing them.

I've been there once in Qatar in 2006 an 2007. I was hired by a company I thought a good one. I gave up my my position from one of the top 10 group of companies here in the Philippines only to land a job in a firm which I described as fly-by-night company. I called it that way because I learned it the hard way in Qatar, getting a business permit is easy if you have a connection in government authorities. The Qatary employer who hired me here in the Philippines showed me a calling card with all his company businesses with "impressive names" written in it - the reason I gave up my employment here. After arriving in Qatar, I found out that those companies in his card, really have business permits BUT not existing physically. It is only being used for the purpose of Working Visa processing in order for them to recruit workers. The reason also that even you signed a contract from your country, you will need again to sign a new contract as you arrived in Qatar - superseeding the original contract both of you signed in the country of your origin. I think this is how business scum work in Qatar.

Again back to Seaworks - I am now to slam the agency who is inviting us for this employer. I will warn them about this and also to alarm our government authorities for this. Hiring agent should have a personal knowledge about their client before they recruit.

First of All thanks to all who have shared their experience with this company. I have also received an invitation with one of the Placement agency here in manila for a Job offer and interview on skype. After that i have tried to find the website seaworks.us but i couldn't find any thing like that. then i approached to one of my friend who is expert in internet, when we started search for the information about the company we reached this website after reading all above the comments i am sure seaworks is big lier because even they cannot face the allegation with there own name they used like MUBARAKIA, LABOUR DEPARTMENT...it's shows all the allegation above mentioned is true. So once again thanks to all my friends to save my present job and money and most important my valuable time and Special Attention to all penoi beware of this company and don't listen consultancy because they will always convince you to go there because they see only placement and consultancy fees and nothing else.

Can anyone tell us, if this Mr. R L, B C and B A who represent Seaworks Qatar are Philippine nationals? So we can trace where are their families and residences are.

@ angry bird i am ofw also. if you have bad experienced and complaint to your foreign employer you should put your complaint in POEA so that our government will reprimand the local agency there in the philippines as well as the foreign company. for this matter, you can save all our kababayan to be a victim of this kind of fraud.

Hey Guys, Seaworks Qatar didn't push through with his hiring here in the Philippines as originally scheduled last September (I hope they didn't recruit underground using the black market agencies here).

Anyway, we have traced the whereabouts of Richard Llave and Buena Cueto here, ut still fro further confirmation.

But, you may help us further, if someone from you give us a tip wheoever is coming here - either Mahmoud Khalil, Mr. Tariq and /name removed/ that you have mentioned earlier (dont know why their names where erased in the earlier strings of this subject).

I know some of you guys are still working with their company right now and maybe enduring the horrible situation right now.
