Self Employed — Breach of trust

Following is a copy of the letter sent to ICICI Bank Credit Card Dept:-
Dear Sir/Madame, Dated 28/01/2009
I wish to draw your attention to your letter Dated 17th January 2009 with which your new credit card no: [protected] was delivered to me with a clear instruction that my Cash limit was 50, 400 (Fifty thousand and four hundred ).
Yesterday when I went to withdraw 20, 000 it declined, then it declined for 15, 000 twice. Then when I contacted the customer care I was given a “ Permission” to withdraw 6, 000. When I asked that I needed 20, 000, I was told that you can call tomorrow and know how much to withdraw from the customer care.
Today when I contacted the customer care they wasted my half an hour (of time and talk time ) behaving childish about the above stated information and one female told me that you should head for the ATM as there was nothing wrong with my card and that I could withdraw the said amount.
I went to the ATM and again my 15, 000 request was declined.
After I came back I again called the customer care only to be flatly told that my card has been blocked for cash withdrawals seeing my “Track record”.
Any body who has some common sense knows that difficult time comes to many but if a customer can pay RS 75, 033/ in one shot then that credibility is more to speak of, than the small non payments if any !. More over I cancelled all my other credit cards and refused the new ones because my problems if any could be solved with the 50, 000 cash limit ( it is note worthy to mention that I had refused an upgrade of limit to 130 thousand last year !)
After all this I feel that the ICICI bank has cheated me by breaching the trust.
It is not rocket science to understand that if you had problems with my track record in the first place, you should not have sent me the card !
Please also revert all the charges that you have made after the 24th july as I had called on your customer care and then paid the full amount (RS 75, 033/). So if your representative has given me a wrong calculation for the full payment then your executive should be fined ). It is also a matter of common sense rather than expert opinion that if I could pay RS 75, 033/ in one shot, I also would be having enough to pay for afew rupees here or there !
SO please take a stern action against all those who have made mistakes in my case, reverse the bogus charges after the 24th July( As I have never used the card till yesterday), and for once and for all let me know whether you people are willing to behave normally and have normal business with me or not !
