[Resolved]  Senior Citizen — Unnecessary Harresment for Senoir Citizen at Vasant Kunj Branch, New Delhi - 70

Today I wanted to deposit a cheque of Citibank to my Saving Bank Account in your bank, Vasant kunj Branch, New delhi - 70 at 09:40am . The concerned person was not on his seat so I requested the other officer (male) that if he could put the stamp so that i can drop my cheque in the drop box. He replied that you have to wait for the conceredn person.Even after 10 minutes the concerened person did not turn up, I contacted Ms. Swati Gandhi (Mobile No [protected]) personally who was nominated as Relation ship manager to provide me Senoir Citizen banking benifits. She flatly told that you have to get it done through the concerned person . While Axix Bank letter dated 17/11/2009 to me says " You will enjoy access to a dedicated Relationship Manager who will be your one point contact at branch for all your Banking transactions thus ensuring that you wiould neither have to move from one counter to the other nor stand in queues to await your turn". In the last, after 20 minutes I requested a Senior officer (Female) whether she could help me as I have already wasted 20 minutes just for a stamp. She obliged me by putting the stamp perrsonally. If this type of service is given by Axis Bank to the Senior citizens , I am very sorry to open the account with Axis Bank. Please do not waste in writting and mailing letters where big claims for Customer Service for Senior Citizens are being made. It needs review, investigation and actionat your end if you are interested to improve the system.
