Dear Sir/Madam ,

I have travelled through Kingfisher flight IT 3155 through Delhi to Pune at 16.05 pm on 19 th March 2011 .

My PNR update is IT/OPZPQR

During Check in Process at India Gandhi T3 Airport at Delhi , MY pand card is shared with your ticketing team counter as identity card , which i have forgot to take back form ticketing counter at above airport on 19/3/2011 .

I have completed my check in formality at 1.30 pm on 19 th March 2011 .

PANCARD ID is AAIPD 1426F ,

NAME- RAJESH MADHUKAR DESHPANDE,

DATE OF BIRTH- 01/05/1971 .

Please help me with my pan card immediately .
