Hi,
I have my own firm namely "On Air Telecom" engaged in telecom service industry by providing service like electronic equipment installation and integration at telecom site,telecom tower installation etc here in Assam and North eastern states.
I got some order for telecom equipment installation work in Assam from a Hyderabad based company,Servomax Telecom,a division of Servomax India limited.I have completed all the assigned work in July-2010,and billed to the company.But till date company is not responding towards my payment of 1,19,988/-.I am very helpless now.The company is fulling me by giving some wrong commitment.
This company has also a record of not doing full and final settlement for all the employees who all left the organization 2 years back.I have attached details for reference.

Even I was working for this company but our F&F was cleared, when we asked for the reason they were saying that they will clear but till now no action or reply was done from management side... we left the company in the month of march 2011... atleast they are not capable of submitting our PF forms to the PF office... since July-2011 I am writing mail but they no one are taking it serious.. Please suggest me what to do so that we will get our work done...
