Complete shambles!! DONT TRUST THEM! They take your money then change the rules! First said to me to make a new profile? as they had discontinued my profile?? never gave me a reason for it? said they had mailed me? never did? then couldnt explain to me why they had done so?? come on please, thats the typical asian thing to do take your money!!! not provide a service and not give you a refund!! Twice rang in an was told someone will ring back but did they ?? no so no custermer service either, THEY wanted me to email them in my id why??? im not buying a house, im not applying for a passport, nevr made it known before i paid my money??they want my id so they can keep it and save it an sell it on later of course like all companys do and lie to you that they wont. EXAMPLE FACEBOOK!!, but when someone uses the id and takes money from me then, its my fault as ive given them my id documents willingly! I dont know why they dont tell people before they pay and join , Now ive payed for membership which i cant use and no refund no membership thats a theif!I know people that use there service but they have not asked them, maybe they will when they fully join up too and money has been paid! i am gonna do my best to let people know as i am with there lies an lack of consideration and respect of people, i thought better of them beeing the site that has been running the longest and had faith in them!!!No wonder so many new sites have opened! I was meant to speak to someone on the site today, but they have ruined that too, plus all the people who saw my profile now will think i am someone who messes about too. A big thank you! and well done to SHAADI.COM I will be ringing in the radio stations an other media , online forums an blogs an telling friends who are on it not to pay an use other means like i will, as there are MANY!plus will be ringing into live programs and telling them exactly what there about! as they are not prepared and willing to give my MONEY back which i gave to them in good faith!! I hope it hurts them like they have HURT me, thats my prayer to GOD!!!!!!!!!! I WISH I NEVER JOINED THIS USELESS SITE, I hope people will pass this msg on and beware before you join them!
