[Resolved]  shalimar estate — fraud and fake company

sir/madam
here I am vishal from gurgaon.
Here I send you all details that I have now.
case is that :-
1)we see a advertise about a resident plot scheme from Shalimar estate on news paper for plots allotment in nrayan ganj

2)My father decide to take it, so I purchase a application form no.10577with name my brother vikram from Allahabad bank gurgaon.
3)We deposit earnest money 13,200/- with form at Allahabad bank ,gurgaon. For that we got a slip


4)Shalimar estate send a agreement and a deed no 3580 to us and agree to allot a plot no 237 at estates,Naraingarh ,Panjlasa,H.B NO. 96,tehsil Naraingarh,distt. Ambala state,Haryana.in this agreement they mention all rules ,conditions and payment terms plan.i attach a copy of this agreement on (attach file no.4)

5)After that we pay all amount/installments at actual time and received receipt for that always for that i have all recipt

6)at the time of completation of all installments we received a letter(attach file no.6) from Shalimar estate,admn office:s.c.o 110-111, sector-8-c,Chandigarh for requesting payment 23,600/- for stamp duty and registration charges etc so that they execute sale deed in favor o[censored]s.

After that We take some time around one month due to some busy and tied schedule. but when we contact to Shalimar for final procures and further deposit of payments for registration. they try to ignore and making excuses and this happen from that day to till time.

till date i visited many times and written many letters but of no use.I want to know under what circumstances/technical issues the registration is being delayed?? Were they not be avoidable or pre tackled ?? If so then who is responsible for so much harrasment to the Applicants ?? Hope court will look into the whole affair thouroughly.
