i like to refer my letter dt 18.07.08, reagarding the merger of charminar breweries ltd with shaw wallacw & co. ltd, i have got a reply from intimespectrm ltd ( r & t of shaw wallace & co. ltd ) that charminar breweries was not merged with shaw wallace & co ltd, i lile to send you, the sebi declaration ( with screen shot ) to
you, please do the needfull, advice me what step, i can take for the same to get the shar certificate of swc, presenltly the production of charminar breweries is - brand of swc i.e - havaward-2000, haward-5000, rc etc'
