have seen so many complaints already registered for the said company,i fail to understand how come these mails are still circulated.....is it like we cant find a solution for this. well educated people probably wont fall prey,but what about a person in serious need of money???

That guy will surely end up losing more money to make things worse. Just to inform you most of the times the people from developed countries are the ones who fall for these scams. If you observe even if they say that RBI has announced some prize, the amount will be in GBP or Euro or $$.
I dont see currently any solution to stop this, atleast what we can do best is try to inform more & more people about such scams & avoid them from being victimised.
I have never seen anyone's comment about getting the winning money in hand rather than in mobile or email address. Perhaps the culprits will put such type of comments from tomorrow. Every winner in mobile or email address should ask the culprits to convey the website where the winning notification has been published and must not rely on their email address.
