[Resolved] Shoppers Stop Online Shopping — Shopped product not delivered as per the online catalogue | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I have shopped on Shoppers Stop online shopping for a Ray-Ban sunglasses (worth Rs. 3999), where the catalogue says a Free gift (wrist watch) will be delivered on all orders made on Ray-Ban products. But the consignment doesnt contain any free gift. when reached out to customer care, they instructed me to write an email to [protected]@shoppersstop.com. but i have not got any response from them, and customer care says to contact concerned department. I am surprised to see such poor services from a brand like shopperstop, this is my 1st & obviously the last experience to send birthday gift of sia jwellery set to my fiancee with regards to my order no 2809249orderd on 14th March, have just called the customer care to understand my order status, he intimate me it will reach probaly with in next 5days or else will get canceld, as the vendors doesnt have the product right now available with him, have requested him atleast change the product as its her birthday present & send her asap, he says sorry we cant do it.would like to understand if the vendor doesnt have this product why the same was shown available, secondly why the same has not been intimated for delay or non availabality of the product.
