[Resolved] Shree Balaji Transport Co. — Transporter not delivering the house hold items and car | |
Want to lodge a complain against the transporter: Shree Balaji Transport Co. H.O.: 47 Murtuza Chamber, 4th Floor, Nandlal Jani Road, Opposite Gomukh Hotel, Dana Bunder (E), Mumbai - 400 029 Tel:[protected], 23754646, [protected] I am Inderbir Singh H/o Captain Sandeep Kaur Waraich under whose name the material has been booked: On 28/8/09 we booked our household items (total 77 cartons) and a Maruti 800 car white (DL2CR-6730) from 39, Vandana Building, Near R C Church, Colaba, Mumbai-400 005 (Maharashtra) to Base Hospital, Barrackpore Cantt, Kolkata-700120 (West Bengal) on door delivery basis. Details of both the consignments are as below: Car consignment no.: 926 dated 28/08/09 (Door delivery- Maruti800) paid full vide cash receipt no. 815 dated 28/08/09 Amount 7821/- Household items consignment no.: 924 dated 28/08/09 (Door delivery total 77 cartons) paid full vide cash receipt no. 813 dated 28/08/09 Amount 36499/- We had asked our transporter to deliver and he has agreed to deliver our material at our residence by 11th of September 2009. Till date i.e. 18/09/09 we have not received neither the household consignment nor the car and the concerned person Mr D R Verma on a daily basis first tries to avoid our calls or tells us that it will reach in a day or two but till date we don't have any information regarding our material & Car. We are not only harassed by him but also we are not able to live normally without our material and we are literally forced to go through the pain and tension of living with the bare minimum in a temporary arrangement of a guest house. We desperately seek your help in this matter and want our material delivered to us ASAP in a safe and sound condition. Because of not receiving the material we have to pay for guest house accommodation and live with the agony and also i am not able to start my business as I am a corporate trainer. The loss of business as i am not able to move freely in absence of my car and the cost to live in a guest house I will like to have the additional compensation of Rs. 3000/- per day since 11th september 2009 to the day the material and car gets delivered. I want our household material and car to be delivered to us immediately in safe and sound condition and additional compensation of Rs. 3000/- calculated on per day basis from 11th september 2009 onwards to the day the material & car gets delivered. Household material — Not receiving the material
I have booked my house hold articles/silver vessels and plastic materials vide way bill no 467941 dt 18.09.10 from beawar to chennai. when i booked checked with booking clerk it will be reaching chennai within 4 days but till date when i contacted chennai parcel office the parcel not yet reached chennai and when we check with them about approximate date of parcel reaching chennai they are not telling us /rather giving correct information and they are telling us to find out from beawar whether they have sent or not if the parcel is sent which date/train no. but we dont have the beawar parcel office contact no.please help me in giving the beawar parecl office no. and if possible give the correct information regarding whether the parcel sent or not.

On 07/04/12 we booked our household items or car.After few days we took over House hold item but my car was not taken.after 15 days i called the person which no is given in the bilty. he said that my car is on the way.but after 5 days He said that my car is get accident by your driver.my car was reached on my house on after one month and it front is totle damage.i called the mr verma he call back the car and said that he will get repair it, but after one month it same as that that time it was gone, so mr verma alws said i meet u, i meet u, but he is not coming. so i am not tolerate that behavior.so pls tell me you give to my car as that i gave you or i will go to the court..
