[Resolved]  shree — Sub Inspector Harassment

Hi,

I have faced a incident today in Johnson Market Ashok Nagar.

I'm from Tamil Nadu, for the past 5 years I am in Bangalore and staying in Mahadevapura.

I have taken my friend bike a KA Registration bike for that day and I was traveling from Mahadevapura to Lakksandra at that time near to Johnson Market Ashok Nagar Signal I stopped the bike because of Red Signal in morning 09:45 AM dated 18/07/2008 and just I removed my helmet because tears are coming out from my eyes. Suddenly the signal is cleared just I started the bike and moved having helmet in my hand the policeman and Sub Inspector stopped the bike and he asked for bike keys & License and I have given to him. I explained the situation he never agreed, and he demanded Rs.100 for fine. I told him that even my brother also Assistant Commissioner of Police in Chennai but he never agreed.

I have paid the fine also but he is harassing the words (bad words) and he slapped me and he is telling that I will keep you in Jail for one month. I felt very bad and I never faced these kind of problem.

I don’t whom should I give the complaint against this.
