i feel the same. i placed an order in March and yet not received anything. ican hardly get in touch with anyone wnd when i do i am promised that i will receive it very soon. last time i spoke to someone who advised me that i will receive latest 19 june. i am being optimistic that i might get the order, but won't be surprised if i don't. i initially wanted the outfits for a wedding at the end of may, which has now passed. i feel that shreeonline are coning money out of people and should be taken off the website, This was my first order with them and definatley will be my last.!!! all i am worried about now is how to get my money back.

I had also placed an order with them 4 months ago and haven't received my items either. I have been calling and emailed them always to be told my order is on it's way! I am worried about getting my money back as I have waited so long. I won't be ordering from them again either. I keep being told it will be dispatched but I just wait. I am very worried and annoyed that I have been conned. A very dissatisfied customer.

I too faced the same problem..I placed order for 2 sarees on Jan 08 -11. They told will get the order within 15 days. BUt its been 5 months I havent received it. Tired of waiting . I made so many calls being awake till 1 am in the morning so that I could talk to someone after talking to operaters like Alka, Sonam, Supriya.. All of them promised me that I would get it.. but dint receive any. I also made humble request to refund my money but no use. Now their line is not in use even the lan line provied at the contacts is also not working. I am scared that they have cheated me. PLEASE HELP. Need to do something We have to sue this company for cheating, Fraud, emotional stress. Does any one know how can we go ahead to sue this fraud company?

It is now the end of May and I have not received anything. I send them emails nearly every week but noone replies. No one picks up the phone on the number they have given. They told me I would receive compensation by the beginning of January, but I still have not received anything either. I don't know what to do-they have taken £160 from my bank account.

They scammed me with £380 and £288 again and never received my order then i contact my bank and reported this matter as a fraud case and gave the bank all proofs of money paying to them.after few weeks my bank put my money back to my account.I shared my story may be it will help someone.
