shreeonline.com — placed a order for 1 item and been charged for 2 but have no goods

i have placed a order on a item on the 21st October of £47.76 to shreeonline my order number is 8229 but every time i try to call i get told to call uk time at 5 pm to speak to some one called rakesh but every time i call the number at 5 pm the phoning on answering machine and i am being told that they are waiting to take payments but i have told them i have made payment and the bank have confirm that and they have also said that kaoyalonline pvtltd has taken payment not just one but twice this is going on for far too long and i am fed up of this they have given me a email address last time but every time i mail it i don't get a reply back [protected]@shreeonline.com
