Recently SD has given 3 towers to another developer (R.D. Develper).Even RD buldier sit in SD office.

It has been noticed that Shreya Developwell is trying to divide our association so that we could not fight against them in court. Be aware of this and please never ever try to leave the association otherwise you will be in a great problem.Zindagi bhar case ladte rahoge akele!!! I am requesting to all the members of the association to not to listen to any rubbish words of Shreya Developwell people.They are trying ki humaara association se ek do logon ko alag kare unko laalach dekar!!! Do not listen to them at all. If you will go out of the group all our efforts till now will become waste and u will also not gain anything.These Shreya developwell people are and will definitely get devastated due to our bad curses.Its my promise.Unko keede padenge.Unke bachhe bhooke marenge.Humaari mehnat ki kamai lekar unko narak mein bhi jagah nahi milegi.

I do agree with the above complaints. i m also facing the same problem n not getting any response from the builder. on visiting personally on the site area no one answers the queries. if anyone gets any information regarding this issue kindly contact me.

I am also a victim of this builder. I have booked a flat and almost 2 year has passed and he is not even started construction till now . Lets come forward against this builder.

I also had booked a plot from this builder in 2006 on NH-58 and waited till long time, but when till March 2009 nothing positive came out then on demand i submitted the papers for refinding the booking amount and i got assurance that in 45 days i will get money back after 1 year i received the checques but it start getting bounced.

Somebody please advice me.

Mohit Builder & Developer pvt ltd — Non refund of money

The above company open the scheme of township in Hapur and collect the advance registration money in 2007. But till date there is no approvals from the Development Authority. After remindig so many times the developer is not tainkg any interest to refund the registration money. we want our money refund.

Did anyone got any news on this... I am also awaiting to get my refund. And those who have got the refund cheque, can you please tell us if you have got the cheque for the amount you paid or is it for the amount + interest for the duration as well?

Did anyone got the resolution for the complaints against Shreya Developwell>????
