[Resolved]  shri ram enterprises — fraud company

hello my name is mohd shoaib nawaz and my adress is bareilly (up).i was searching a job in a newspaper and i saw a job advertisement in a amarujala bareilly newspaper .i call a advertisement number [protected]. the replier name muskan and she ask me that wats ur qualification . i said that i am pursuing b.com final. than she said that her company name is shree ram enterprise located at new delhi karol bagh near metro station gate no 8. and she said me that u r capable for supervisor job in our company. ur salary is 9000rs and after 2month 1500rs will be increase . she said that come to delhi head office with ur documents . 2 passport size photo and 760rs for adress varification . when i came to delhi then her boss named mr anil sharma take me for introduction inside the cabin . he said me that our company is not a consultensy and there is 480 brances in all over india .u choose ur job location . he gave me a option to work in (pilibhit, moradabaad, rampur ,and badaun). i choose badaun location. and he also said that i[censored]r not satisfied with a job then we will refund ur varifiacation fees . i give him 760rs .he give me a job letter and his personal contact number [protected].

after all i think my job is fixed and i am happyly return to my home .after 2 days when i am going to badaun his giving adress .then i saw there is a training office named gurukul owned by mr madan mohan .adress shivpuram badaun .

he(mr madan mohan) said that give me a 150rs registration fees and 250 for adress varification . i said that i will already pay the 760rs adress varification fees .

and i didn,t give him a money and i come back to bareilly my adress . and then i will call mr anil khanna .and i said that plz give me my money back and i am not satisfied with this.then he said give me 2 min .

when i call after 10min then i hear is loud and rude voice and he said
( tere ko samjhaya tha thodi der main phone karna )
i reply sir i want my money back then he reply
( ja nahi karta kya kar lega ) and give he give me bad words and he disconnect the phone .

when i call him again again then he will not picking my phone

after 10min he receive my call and said
(madarchud wahin aakar marunga abki baar call kiya tu)
then i will said
(main tumhari consumer website, newschannel pe complain karunga main agar refund nahi kiya tu )

then he said (ja jo karna hai kar )after that he disconnect the call.

this is my complain plz help me
