On 10th Feb 09 I have withdrawn Rs 5000/ from ATM[protected] at kanpur and received massage by Mobile showing balance Rs 34320.85 and on 12th Feb 09 I have put amount Rs 5000/ to withdraw but money has not come out and received slip that transaction incompleted.again i have operated ATM and withdrawn Rs 5000/ but after getting only Rs 5000/, the amount balance gone to 25320.85 as per transaction slip.I donot under stand my Rs 4000/ rupees where it has gone.
kindly refund my Rs 4000/as soon as possible.
