[Resolved]  Shushruti Souharda Sahakara Bank (N) — Fraud at Shushruti Souharda Sahakara Bank

My Name is Sharada,
I am a widow staying in bangalore. I have a complaint regarding Shushruti Co-operative Bank.
1. I have a loan of Rs.2 Lakh in this Bank.
2, Now its been just 1 year that I have defaulted.
3. The bank has put me in difficulty, by saying my loan has become Rs. 20 Lakh.
4. When I ask a pass sheet from them, the bank is not issuing me any black and white document.
5. I even approached Lokayukta, but it was a failure.
6. Now, I hear rumours about this bank, the chairman Mr. N. Srinivasa Murthy and CEO Mrs. Shyamala are misusing the banks fund by manupilating crores of rupees from the back end of the software.

And now this year the bank has already collapsed. with lot of loan customers defaulting. The bank is said to be closing and the people are already withdrawing their deposits and closing their bank accounts.

And this year the RBI has decided to close SHUSHRUTI CO-OPERATIVE BANK, and cancel its license to operate.

My Name is Nandish Kumar.K i am holding FD in Shushruti Souharda Bank my FD was matured on 1/2/2022 when i visit to wilson garden branch bank manager replay me to come after 15 days and also i kept still more FD i like to premature all of my FD but they are not agreeing to premature i need money due to some sudden commitment regarding this i rise a Register post on 27/01/2022 still now there is no response from bank please help me to premature all of my FD as soon as posible

My Name is Narasimhan. . My mother had deposited an FD in Shushruti Souharda Bank, Wilson Garden Branch was very badly expecting this amount in February 2022 as it was getting due. The Manager over their Uma kept assuring that they need to maintan good financials in Q1, assured to get it in April 2022.. Now the RBI has crubed all the transaction just allowing Rs. 5K.. We are worried, if the Bank will pay us back our FD amount. We could see the bank collapsing since a year now.. We have over 18 Lacks deposited in bank.. and myself and mother worried a lot as we were in dire desperate to get the amount for quite some to repay medical expenses... but i doubt we wll get back..

If any of you know.. if the bank might survive, i would be thankful..
