This is just an initial complaint to see if anyone else is feeling cheated by above said Real Estate Developer, his site is not at all updated and sometimes it is out of order.( www.shyamgroupjaipur.com )
I took a plot in Jaipur Metro City, Tonk Road( Chaksu Village ) paid 50% amount in advance and it is more than 2 years since I paid this amount, now this developer is trying to divert me to some other project at Ajmer Road which I am not interested in, he is doing that only because nera Metro City Project International Airport is coming up and rates are going to be double, Chokhi Dhani is also nearby.
I don't know why this developer is not sending any further payment notice or completion date of Deveopment Work, I have already sent mails, letter and have done telephonic conversation with his staff requesting about same.But still no revert, I will shortly register complaint against him as per MRTP Act, 1969 if he does not reply with positive answer.One thing more he has engaged some Resource Group as Marketing Agents in Delhi, these people are good for thing, they don't reply your mails easily.
Till the time I get positive reply please beware of SHYAM APPARELS PVT.LTD JAIPUR.and their aother projects as well...Don't invest your hard earned money...

Agree with these observation we are also feeling cheated. We are paying interest againt loan for this property but no information from the builder side what is going on?

we have booked two plots in metro city on tonk road jaipur and paid 60% against name of registry during this period we visited the site there are no devlopment any kind of boundry, fencing or levelling at all.one board of meto city is fixed only it 45 km from jaipur on tonk road and inside 3 km we talk to agent and marketing person who told us sir actually we are little late it will be right now because some problems are creating by the local villagers but these are short out.After one year again we went to marketing office at Patel nagar Delhi and asked about the project report they answered same like last year then we feeling we are cheated by them after that we contact to agent who covinced to by the that plot and collect the cheque he contact to jaipur office and try to find out about the solutions but we could not get the satisfactry answer we try to know the approved paper from JDA the told us we have got D-9foarm only and we have 4 project in JAIPUR if ypur intreasted to change in another projects you can change but paper is not ready so we are not intrested i another project and realy we feel very cheating

we have booked 2 plots in Aravali (at Bilochi village) in 2007 and in 2009 we received two registry of two plots but i dont know the registry is original or not. If any body know about that company please give your comments

First of all I personally thank you all for the awareness against Shyam Apparel. This is to advise you that I have also purchase a plot in Metro City, Jaipur. and have paid 50% amount in advance and it is more than 2 years since I paid this amount.
I have sent them various letter and have done telephonic conversation with their executives / accountant and tried to speak to Mr.Agarwal ( owner of Shyam apparels) but his mobile is always not reachable or switch off from last 7 months and was wanted to know the status of the project and the reason for not sending any further payment notice or completion date of Deveopment Work.
But till the date no revert received from them after sending them a written letter. Even when I tried to speak to Resource Group their Marketing Agents in New Delhi they always tell us now you contact the builder directly as you have approached them directly for your cmamandeepmplaints / status for development. Even I have received the letter mentioning the plot allotment No. but in their records the same plot is issued to someone else and they are giving me some different plot .
Till date I have not received any positive reply from SHYAM APPARELS PVT.LTD JAIPUR.So what I think that we all should be touch and teach him a lesson for this..and if required we can all file a case against him.

well i do not agree with you at all. even i have plots in the same estate.i.e shyam apparels
infact i have 3 plots in aravalli and got the registary done too.
i guess you have some misconseption about the company.it would be better if u talk about it the headoffice about your issue.

Pls be aware that Shyam apparels are a fraud organisation & are engaged in fooling the innocent people.They have been inviting money from public for land in various schemes as Lake city.There is no lake & there will be no lake city.We are soon going to the Govt of India for Help.
We had booked a plot in lake city Jaipur & deposited 75000 INR with them.They just refuse to refund the money for the last 1 year & a half.

I am also in the same boat all are in. In fact I am the one out of all who has paid the hight amount of Rs. 4 lacs further i have come to know that i have been duped by selling at a much higher amount. I dont know why people are getting the plots registered when no development has been done by the company. Company has not conducted any work like road development, sewage, water etc on the site. Now the company is liable to refund our money as the company has failed to honour there part of the agreement as happened in DLF Case.

Infact I have personally gone and seen the sight. But this is advise you all that there is no development is their and they are not giving proper replies for development. Infact now they have started demanding the money for registry and other work. You all are requested not to pay him a single paisa and infact as per the agreement if they do not handover the project on time they are liable to pay the interest. We all should do the same and if required we can all come together and file a case against cheating i.e 420

Even i do have the same feelings as I also booked one plot 2.5 yrs back & I am not sure that would we able to get our money back as there is no sign of development at all.

I have also invested in the plot of shyam group. I also got cheated as they are delaying in getting the process of registry. I will also make a complaint in near future.

This group is a great cheater. I have invested 60% in the plot. But they are not sending any information in this regard. I will make a complaint agianst them.

I was thinking i am the olny one of few people who has done this.
It been 3 years i have dome booking at Lake City, Ajmer Road but the developer has not been able to deliver or got the approvals.
I have been sending him notices and calling him for lst 1 and half years but he is not refunding my money.
Infact he is aksing me exchange with some other of his project.
So basically he is fooling everyone by asking them to take plot in other projects.

Yes we should talk to the builder as they are not able to provide the basic infrastructure facilities since last four years.

Hi, We have made 70% of the payment and there is no response from their end, i asked one of our colleague to visit that area. He found nothing except a gaurd hut. It seemd there is some problem in land required to approach.

This Company is in field since last 20 years and mainting good reputations and we are group of five peoples, we have plots in Aravali hills Bilochi Jaipur and we got our registry also and we are fully satisfied with the company of Shyam Apparels Pvt. Ltd., Jaipur.
