Siemens Washing Machine — No service | |
I have a Siemens front loading washing machine purchased about 18 months ago. Recently the MCB started tripping when the machine is switched on. I complained to their authorized service center in Chennai. Even after one month nobody turned up. So, I went to their office. A week later a "technician" came and said that it was okay and charged me Rs. 500.- for the service! After that I was traveling and could not use the machine for many week. The same problem persists. I do not want to go to the authorized service center any more. Can somebody suggest a reliable service center in Chennai. Thank you. Was this information helpful? | |

I have Siemens washing machine in Chennai.There is no good service service center thee peoples in service not responding thee service calls.In my case i was complained 20the dec.2011 still no one come to attend my machine.Every day i remember thee service people theey are say " tomorrow will come" thee answer repeating every day.Really the company maintaining poor quality in service.I never refer Siemens product to any body.
