[Resolved] Siemens Washing Machine — Noise and vibration | |||
I Have purchase a Siemens make fully automatic washing machine model A07-16 on[protected] and with 3 1/2 years the product become defective, While purchasing the seller told that Siemens products are guarantee for minimum 10 years life. The service person (from BSH Home Appliances Pvt Ltd) who attended the compliant after 2 days informed us T-Assembly ( Drum ) to be replaced and the cost is INR.7500/- which is 35% of the product cost. Their is warranty of the spares after replacement. After paying full payment the spares will be ordered and replaced 15 days period. I thing companay without proper service setup and spares stock should be banned in INDIA regards Sivakumar Was this information helpful? | |||
