I have contacted the Service Centre exactly 2 weeks back but still there is no response.I really donot know what to do.The nearest service centre is in TIRUNELVELI or MADURAI whereas I am at Tuticorin (Tamil-Nadu) INDIA.Siemens should ban on selling products to areas where in they cannot reach the customers on call.Here it is talking to a wall, there is no system of registering a complaint online nor even being allotted with a complaint # or waiting time.All this is very agonising after you have spent money to buy a trouble free quality product.Please ask Siemens Customer Care Manager an answer to my question.What should My next move be?
