big cheaters in mumbai-beware

i subscribed for manpower service for 2 yrs with sigma manpower, they claim to be in this industry from 15 yrs. i was supposed to get unlimited manpower from them for 2 yrs. it is already 8 months and i have not received a single person from them. i know atleast 4 more people who have been cheated by them in the past. they never say no . it is always that we are trying.but there is no result from them till date. they have started cheating openly. i really would like you to take a look in this so they atleast more people dont get cheated. they give ads in the paper everyday and more people get in to their clutches. please help.

Its true. These people just collect the fees...and so far not even a single candidate has been sent by them. They also have the nerves to contact me for renewal next year. Sigma manpower is a big CHEAT company!

i have had the same problem. they say they are trying then want to alter my requirements such as timings and salary. They are big cheats. Then they just stop coming on the phone and keep passing the line to various people and you just have to keep telling your problem to different people all the time. some action needs to be taken.

I have had the same problem. They say they are trying but they can hardly find cancicates for us. They are interested in only making new subscribers rather than providing candidates to the existing ones. They will assure you that they have candidates of your requirement and will line them up at your place immediately as you will pay money to them but after you pay them they will not even bother to attend your phone calls. If you start calling for complaints they just stop coming on the phone and keep passing the line to various people and you just have to keep telling your problem to different people all the time. some action needs to be taken.

Sigma manpower is the biggest cheater i have seen.
This is such a shit company that will only come to collect payment.
Once you have paid the money, it is to be forgotton.

I somehow get a feeling that there is absolutely no law to prevent this company.

the day i get into politics, this will be the first company i will kick off.

My heart is full of hatred for this company as i got cheated once.

Hello,
You are absolutely correct.
As soon as you give add for job offer in any news paper they will start calling you from all the branches. As soon as you make them payment they will send you 1-2 candidates which are not at all as per your requirement & if you don't select them they will tell you that they have send you candidates as per your deails & will send you any more candidates.

Not only that if the selected candidate will leave your job then they will not care of your call to provide the new candidate as per your contract. They are just hungry to get thier 3000/- for each candidate.

The marketing people dosn't have candidate's list. All data provided by Mira Road office only.

As per my personal experiance I will strongly advice you that DO NOT go for Sigma Manpower Serive in any branch. Better just give your add in news papers or post in any free classifieds servrices web site.

Mr Sunny Methew the MD & Chairman is a cheater and alreday facing cases in this regards & another director Adv. Samji Joseph is a advocate so knows all loopholes of laws & defends all cases for Sigma.

hi my name is abhijeet. i m just one of u. last week i gave add on newspaper required people for sales job. that time sigma branches start caling me. after one month i paid rs4000 for two years. hey are big cheats. Then they just stop coming on the phone and keep passing the line to various people.they put wrong add on newspaper ie salary rs7000 for 10th fail people. from 1000 people called me on my phone.pls its required to take strong action gainst this cheater. pls help me or give some suggestion.

GUYS TRUST ME, THIS COMPANY IS 100 % FRAUD & THEY DONT HAVE ANYTHING TO OFFER.

we are the latest victims of this company. we paid 2500 for two years and were promised lots of candidates with names but nobody turned up. they dont even take our calls anymore. these are their numbers --9221830798 and 65230162 and they claim their office to be in andheri.. people pls beware esp if u place ur ad in news papers .. these ppl will definately call u.
