[Resolved] Signals Records Jabalpur (Mp) — Non receipt of corrigendum ppo | |||
Sir, I, Army No 14260253Y Rank HAV (ACP NB SUB) A GAJAPATHI RAM am retired from army on 01 Dec 2010 as HAV (ACP- NB SUB) on completing 26 years service. My arrears payment for ACP NB SUB has been settled by hon'ble SIGNALS RECORDS/ PAO (OR) CORPS OF SIGNALS and I have claimed upto 30 Nov 2010. However, arrears of commutation/ gratuity for NB SUB and pension scale have not been updated and released by PCDA (P) Allahabad for which I have sent corrigendum letter through Signals records Jabalpur (MP) in Nov 2010 while I was in Depot Regt, Corps of Siganls for issue of Corrigendum PPO. My some co- retired pers PPO has already updated and drawing pension on NB SUB scale. My request is that your kind intervention is required towards our Sigansl Records (NER GROUP) to remind PCDA (P) Allahabad to accelarate this process and forward the PPO to our Bank, (STATE BANK OF INDIA , KOVILPATTI ACCT NO [protected] and Main Br SBI, THOOTHUKUDI) at the earliest. I, Emalthy W/o Late Sh. Lal Chand, Hav (Nb Sub-MACP) Regimental No.[protected]Y, with due respect, I wish to lay down the following few lines for your kind consideration and favorable action please.
My husband had served more than 24 years of service and discharged from service on 30 Apr 2008. He hold the Havildar/CHM rank for more than 13 years. At the time of retirement MACP recommendations was effective from 01 Sep 2008. Later on GoI has decided vide letter No.14(1)/99-D(AG) dated 25.07.2018 on MACP. This letter clearly mentioned that the benefits of MACP will be considered wef 01.01.2006 instead of 01.09.2008. As per above mentioned letter, I should get the revised (MACP) salary arrears wef 01.01.2006 till he retires i.e. 30.04.2008 and afterwards family pension of Nb Sub (MACP). Its my humble request to you kindly clears all the dues and start my revised pension as early as possible.

OTHER PERSONS WHICH ARE GETTING MORE BENIFIT FROM ME WHO WAS ALSO RETIRED WITH ME.
COMPARE NO: 14250001 HAV ISHWER SINGH RETIRED FROM SIGS 31.03.2007. WHO IS GETTING MONTHLY PENSION 24097 WHEN MY PENSION IS 20264 LAST TWO YEARS. SIR I AM NOT GETTING ANY BENFITIS OF OROP.
