[Resolved] Signature Staff Pvt. Ltd — Fraud Employers | |||
Hi, There has been a series of complaints done for fraudulent actions for the company named 'Signature Staff Pvt Ltd.' headed by Rajwinder Singh as CMD, Raman Kaur as MD, Rudra Prasad Mohapatra as Recruitment head and DP Singh as Finance head located in A1,Sec-10 Noida.. I was hired for one of there division some months back with a salary which was incomparable to others.The kind of words and offer made before my joining seemed that the company was one of the best and with some of my good work i can be a part of a growing company. But all claims became false day by day. Rajwinder aka Raj the CMD kept on telling lies bout the vertical to be started very soon and I was asked just to keep a watch to the latest market trend...the days went past and there were no words to get started...apart from that the worst part...the company has no money to pay the salaries to his employees. The salaries are delayed by a month or two...with no cause shown to the deductions done by the finance head DP Singh who is just a commerce graduate and has no knowledge of basic taxing terms, rather he is laymen to how leaves are calculated...so on so forth...and if asked..u get a wage answer to it. even the company who has about 100 employees pays no income tax, has no PF policy , no medical, which i think is mandatory for 8+ people on board. ..I was forced to resign from my current post recently...n was told to write a mail that I wanted to put my papers except that the company wanted me to go and then ask for my salary. They forfeited all my Salary which was for the month of Feb, June and July. I am suer is not going to have my money back. Rajwinder the CMD is not ready to speak putting false allegation that i was one who spoke to there ex employees...a ridiculous statement.... I have been suffering from humiliations and false allegations with no salary in hand. Have a family to run in Delhi with a 3 year old daughter....i still have hope with the system to put a ban to this company...ASAP. I would suggest all new people who intent to join this company pls beware...you have no Salary,No work,no zeal and ethics while you work with Signature Staff. they are located in A1-Sec-10 Noida. beware...the whole company is fraud. i totally agree on this, can we take some action on them, can we get together and do something. Signature staff got diwali goods from us and are just not making the payment. Raj cannot be contacted and dm singh is just delaying the whole thing.Such companies should be sued.
Hi, i had posted a comment 31days back on signature staff company but niow i take my words back about them . I totally misinterpreted the Company.I had mentioned about them not giving us the payment but they were genuinely going through a hard time, but now they have cleared all our payments.I take back my earlier comments. I should have not written such harsh words about them.
I am also a victim of their false promises and commitments. They didn't pay me for the month of March and April and now they have chucked me off. Please help. I came to Delhi to earn bread and butter but some fraudsters like Signature Staff make fun of this. They'll have to pay for this. God is watching.
I also agree with it..these ppl recruit the candidate, dont give salary..make linger on payments for three to four months and finally when ppl want to resign and asked to clear dues then impose allegation of performance and forget all promises..

unluckily i 'm also a victim of their false promises and commitments. They didn't pay me my salary, they used me for their profits, same problem affected two of my friends also

I am another victim who was hired by Signature staff! the place is hopelessly unprofessional and no one has any decency on how to talk. According to them "professionalism" means entering the office and start screaming nonsense! people don't even survive there for 2 weeks, forget a month and hence the salary! Please do not spoil even a day at signature staff! and another fact I would like to reveal is that they take FAKE TELEPHONIC ROUNDS in the name of other companies! they lure u into their interview trap by getting a FAKE telephonic arranged and claiming u got through! just don't waste even a little bit of your energy on this sarcastic quotation marks: firm!
I am also one of the victims of the Signature. They have given me two post dated chques (with two different dates) as my final settlement for salary after my resignation. both the cheques were dishonored because of insufficient funds. After a repeated followup they have cleared the first cheque amount. They are not clearing the second cheque. Now I have decided to file a criminal case ! lets hope that I can teach them a lesson ! But I advice all (who want to join this company) DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ARE TOO RICH & ADVENTUROUS.
The place is horrible!!! There database consists of very old travel records of BPO's !! they buy those details from cab providers and pester poor BPO executives consistently to attend interviews at there premises. People beg Signature's employees to delete their numbers off of their database but unfortunately the "consultants" arent even allowed to make notes on the sucky torn lists that they call "database"!! Please do not join !! ever ! During interviews they claim that Saturdays are off and they pay extra for coming on saturdays. All I can comment on that is LOL. thats a LIE! Please keep looking for REAL jobs instead of wasting time on this "HR COnSulTanCY" (yea right!) because its only a useless calling job with NO SCOPE of any career in HR! its all nonsense !
I had a very bad experience with Signature Staff, I've joined this company few months back and at that time they promised me to pay salary at time but at the end of every month they commit false statement and the employees here are not getting paid on time. Always they try to make pressure on employees for work and they(Management) do not give salary on time.

what to say i also faced the same thing, not paying my two month salary...always said crunch is thr if that is an issue why they are hiring then you dont have money ...when ever i am asking for my salary they said we will give you...my so called manger is also making us fool that put pressure on me that your target is not completed so on...i must say thr company should be close 1 day i pray frm god...RAMAN KAUR AND RAJWINDER ARE COMPLUSIVE LIER...THEY WILL SUFFER 1 DAY SURELY GOD WILL PUNISH THEM...AMEEN

Bilkul sahi baat hai, saale farziwaada chala rahe hain company ki aad me..kabhi joi n mat karna, salary 2 maheene late dete hain, garmiyon me a.c nahi chalane dete, kabhi in saalo ki electricity kaat di jaati hai, kabhi inke phone band ka diye jaate hain, ek number k jhoote hain ye log. pehle meethi meethi baatein krke new freshers ko join karate hain fir unki majboori ka faayda utha kar unki hi lete hain..Fraudiye saale, badzaat log.
The best company Signature Staff from where you can can spoil your career. A company having unbearable environment with irritating employees and the best part is that they will never pay you on time, they will hold your salary upto 2 months and if you will ask for money abd stop working then head (director) will cone and use abusive words and will say "Jisko kaam krrna h kro wrna choado mere paas paise nhi h jiska m pain feel kr ra hu tum sb b kro"

Fraud company it is, Hiring employees, not paying salary, harassment is all what defines signature staff best.Raj and Noval both are master in making fool of employees, This company is in loss from years but beyond that they keep on hiring without doing any kind of cost cutting coz they don't have any worry about salary part, i have been with the company for 1 year, i have seen people begging there for their salary, freshers who are just passed out, are there first target, I would suggest everyone to beware from Signature staff India Pvt Ltd.You can trust anyone but never Raj
