Siliconhouse, The worst Hosting service provider in chennai - siliconhouse.

They didn't even know how to deal the customers.
Hackers attacking their servers frequently, and they also changing their ip frequently. each and every time i got some problem in my site. after i have to put more effort to restore my website.
If you ask for them they simply told that, they didn't have any backup for that. As a reseller i need to save my customers websites. In this case they advised me to purchase the weekly backup program for 2500 Rs.

The complete reseller package is 3000 Rs and the backup is 2500 Rs.
They didn't worry about the customers.

The support team also didn't able to understand the issues.
I have also made a ticket and i didn't get any response for more than 10days. They simply put my ticket in a HOLD status. That is their support team's usual habit.

They are given the attractive package at the time of marketing the plan like 20GB space, 10 domain hosting and 5 Free SSL certificates. But they didn't keep their promise.

One my site reach the size of 4GB, they called me and asked the reason why the site is having 4GB, and they told me to upgrade the package. I have purchased 20GB space in that i have used 4GB for storage. That storage also the complete site backup including MySQL data and everything. Because they didn't assure the site will not hacked. the server is frequently hacked and they will not give any backup and restore service.

They didn't keep their promise also, like they didn't given atleast one SSL certifcate.
Here i didn't write much about them.
