Sirindia.com — Non receipt of due payments

Sir, I was vendor at www.sirindia.com and due to non receipt of paments in time from begining and only got assurances every time that we will make the payment in time hereafter but never made so and also there is no transparency of details for which I requested the details of bills for which payments were made which were less than the due bills. At last I stopped doing business through sirindia.com due to non receipt of payment and previous pending payments not released from one year and no details of accounts with the earler given cheques for which i had requested every time. Now after stopping the business with them from end of January 09 bills were submitted to them generated from their webiste still they have neither made the earllier pendiing payment nor the January 09 payment which they were suppose to make the payment within 15 days.Even after my number of reminders neither they are making the due payment of my bills nor have settled my account of previous pending bills.
