[Resolved]  Siti Digital Cable — my set top box is not working

I am also facing the same problem. My Siti Digital Set top box is also not working for the past five days & the cable operator (Sector 7, Faridabad) says that the company has got banned from providing services. No clue if the money invested in the set top box will get refunded, also this is very callous on the company's behalf to roll back without any formal intimation.
