We have send a courier from M/s Souriau India Cochin from M/s Bright Engineering skylark courier Docket No :- 5086 send on 14/07/10 still it has been not received upto date. My experience is similar. I never get axis bank credit card statement via this [censored]ing skylark courier anbut axis bank says they have so called "proof of delivery" that I have got it.
Once even they sent "proof of delivery" via this courier and it never reached to me but again axis bank had "proof of delivery".

IT NEVER DELIVER THE CONSIGNMENT TO THE ADDRESS & WHEN ENQUIRE ABOUT IT REPRESENTATIVE SAYS 'YAHA AAKAR LE JAYIYE, NAHI TO HUM WAPAS KAR DENGE' & AT LAST EITHER WE HAVE TO COLLECT FROM COURIER OFFICE OTHERWISE CONSIGNMENT WILL BE MISPLACED. NEITHER DELIVERED TO CONSIGNEE NOR RETURNED TO CONSIGNOR.
I'M UNABLE TO UNDERSTAND HOW TO PEOPLE BOOK THEIR CONSIGMENT WITH SKYLARK COURIER OR AKASH GANGA COURIER.
