I used skylark service to send most important document to my home from Delhi to Lucknow. I confirmed all the things with in the branch where I submitted(11/04/2009) my docket that whether they can send this docket by Monday(13/04/2009). They insured me same. Any way I was hoping to get this docket delivered at 14/04/2009 any how.
Later when my doc was not delivered on 14, I contacted to the given numbers.They confirmed me that my docket id pending at Lucknow office. I called them but they told me that no such docet or any thing is with them.
Any how I managed to call head office and took docket number and provide to the lucknow office. As i gave them this number they told that the boy went to our are to deliver but he could not found premises.
Later I provided them some number to confirm the address and to get known how to reach to my address.

later on 16, and 17, there was lots of communication made from my side and from my home members. during this the office guys sitting in Lucknow branch, miss behaves and talked in a very cheap manner.
Due to all this I myself and my wife felt very bad and not feeling well.
I want to make a case againt skylark and specially the guys sitting at lucknow branch. Was this information helpful? |
Till now the courier has not been delivered and i am planning to go to Consumer Forum to complain about this company and specifically about their Lucknow branch.
i also adivse people to not to use this courier service if they timely want the delivery of thier goods/ documents.
