My number is [protected] of Orissa Telecom circle of Smart GSM Prepaid service, from this month 03.08.09 my caller tune was not renewalled but it continues to deduct charges daily, whenever i m trying to call customer care always it showing "Network is busy" but u basted people are able to send promo messages and calls to my number.
Now I am requesting u DONT RENEWAL MY CALLER TUNE FURTHER AND PLEASE REIMBURSH MY DEDUCTED AMOUNT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Was this information helpful? |
