Smart SIM — unnecessary balance loss

I am present smart prepaid user. But a problem accur in my prepaid nunber. My balance un necessary loss. I have a one massage regularly taking. (Dear Customer UR Subscription to find A friend pack is due for renewal you will be charged Rs. 10/- on 07/02/2009 or other date 51501 to talk to friends for just Rs.1/min.) So please my problem this solve you. OR otherwise any suggestions say me.
