I had placed order for 2 tennis racquets from snapdeal.com on 7/7/2012, amounting to INR 20,160/- . Hoping that the order will go fine, I paid using EMI option. The 2 racquets are different in specifications. I even called on Monday(9/7/2012) to confirm, that the order should be for same racquets. But their executive was not ready to listen anything. Constantly, speaking you will get what you see on website and what you ordered. And now this blunder.Both racquets have different specfications. One has 4.3/8 and other has 4.1/4. One has GT technology and other is older model. Weight of both is different. One is 2009 model and ther 2011. I am fine keeping any of the 2, but the racquets should be same.
Request you to check/investigate this blunder and let me know which one is available in your stock, so that I can send the other back. Kindly do this asap and arrange a pickup.
This is the email I sent them. I got call from their 2 executives twice and both have them didn't know what they were talking about. And then today I have received an email to ship the product back.
Checking the reviews here and my experience with this organization so far, it seems even if I ship the product back, they are not going to re despatch. Can snapdeal check this complaint and remedy???
