I was working with softdreamz technologies its one consultancy in A-31, sec-3 Noida run by Mr chandrashekher.i have started working there from 29 dec 2008 & left the company on 23 april 2009. he has not paid salary of last month as well as incentive each & every time he used to say that i will pay with 15 days now its around 4 month .looking for positive response. Shipli was fired & kicked out of this company due to largely bad attitude, irresponsible behaviour .
She used to call her boyfriend in office for personal meetings in my absence & used to come late everyday @11:30a.m. when asking for the reasons were some stupid like this:
Sir loose motion ho gaye.
Sir Cylinder khatam ho gaya.
Sir, room kee safayee kara rahee thee.
Sir, chest main dard ho raha tha.
No company in this world has been untouched by recession which also affected my company also badly, we could afford to just paying salary for stupid reasons & non performances.
She ws told on day one that she will have to work on target basis.
If some employee is not performing & creating nuisance with her behaviour she has no right on salary.& even after that for some time we had to close our business operations due to lack of money .
If she would heve been doing good her job 1. why in first place i would have fired her.
2.If this is the way to react with the just action of an employer I don't think many companies would like to employ suck sucking employees.
If she has guts then she should call me tell her current employers name & then let ther HR person talk to me & I will give them her real feedback WHY SHE WAS FIRED IN SUCH SHORT SPAN OF TIME IN THIS COMPANY.

And there may be some more sick mentals following her methods to ruin their careers.
