This company is giving training to freher MCA BTech by charging a reasonable fee of Rs. 15, 000 & 25, 000 & giving them geuine exposure on real client projects.
The company was started by Mr.Chandrahekhar in year 2001 during his MCA at agra.
We have a considerable satisfied number of ex employees & Clients in past 9 years time.
It does not matter what a thief & thrown out grumbling employee(Now even we feel shame to call him ex-employee) writing false complains on this kind of website.
All the people whose name have been mentioned are now placed in good companies after taking training & work exp in our company & they don’t repent of the money spent here.
No company is giving free training in this world.
THERE ARE NO FREE LUNCHES IN THIS WORLD. CANDIDATE PAYS TRAININING FEE, GETS TRAINING & GETS A GOOD JOBS .WORK IS DONE.

Now this man namely Vinon Athenker coming from a poor family as he claims was given free trainng the company started giving him stipend of Rs 2000 from second month without even his expectation & any commitment from company.
Reason: THE CEO ALWAYS IN HIS LIFE HLPED POOR PEOPLE & HELPED PEOPLE GROW & MAKING THEIR DREAMS TRUE IF POSSIBLE WITH WHATEVER SUPPORT HE CAN EXTEND.IN HIM HE SAW ONE OF HIS OLD FRIEND OF MCA TIME WHOM ALSO HE SUPPOTED & IS NOW WORKING WITH A CMM LEVEL5 IT COMPANY.
His(vinod) salary was started before all the trainees of his batch even before who paid for their training.
Was made team leader inspite of being physically not so well built, & poor social & communication skills.
During recession company suffred huge financial losses like other companies.
& we were not able to pay salaries or bills on time.
But we always kept it in mind of his poor status & paid him in parts small amount so tat he can survive in Noida.
Now when after knowing his mischievous attitude, misbehave with female employees & complains from every body lile trainees or employees, clients we demoted him & promoted other person in the team..
He started stealing money of company’s revenues by giving slips & receipts of cash to trainees of his collge MITS Gwalior without top management’s knowledge & information.
He has not only breached our trust but also stolen some very important data of our company.He is not employable in any company.He may be poor, seems to be good coder but at the core HE IS NOT A MAN OF CHARACTER AT ALL.
His documents are under seize now & he will get them only once court declares the judgment.
NOW NOIDA POLICE IS SEARCHING HIM IN CYBER CRIME & FRAUD CASE LODGED AGAINST HIM BY MY COMPANY.
CHARGES against him-
1.Sexual Harassment & mental torture to female employees by unhealthy advancement towards them ( Shipli Sarita & Dipti Have complained & wept before top management doing his complaints)
2.Stealing & selling company’s source codes projects reports, [censored]e experience certificate in markets to his juniors.
3.Threatenig to kill the CEO & his family if not take the police case back.
4. Threatening existing employees Trainees of dire consequences .
5.doing conspiracy to detroy source of income for the owner & it’s employees by harming the business by defaming the name in public.
I urge all the people whose name has been in list in the complaint to come forward & write their real experiences with my company & Its CEO.

& o commentator!! You should verify the facts first before you comment on anybody on some stupid's false complain.
I have also worked in this company & I worked very satisfactorily for more than 1 year without any problem.
Mr.Chandrashekhar is a thorough gentleman & He is very kind hearted man.
His biggest mistake has been to help poor people who showed their real colors after being trained by him to be good employee after 6month -1 year. I he were like other professional nobody would have dared to complain against him on website like this.
He forgave some people in past but now he has learned from his mistake & going to teach all these kind of opportunistic & badmouth fellow a tough lesson.

This swine is badmouthing about a courageous, young & dynamic entrepreneur who has been struggling through recession to make his company a workable venture through many hardships being faced by him & his family personally.
Nobody will give salary to who don't like the words like honesty, integrity & hardwork. He like hundred of big companies & small one tries to safeguard himself on an untimely employee leaving his small setup in the middle of work.& he is very right at his place.
I challenge all the complainants who so ever have complained on this website in & out of court now openly. Think before you say anything wrong about any body in public places like this website & internet.
This all false allegations & spicy gossips can lead you in jail & heavy financial penalty as well.
If this swine had so much problem with the company why the hell he worked there for good 1 year & even deposited his original document to sign 1.5 years bond & now bloody is breaching the bond in midway by making company loose client work & credibility by leaving company midway just after not being able to manipulate them emotionally to hike salary from 7000 per month. & let the whole world know SoftDreamz has never stopped any payment in its history to any genuine reveiver.It’s bloody fools & serpents like these who bite them after being fed milk for whole one year, stealing data, letterhead, free slip & making money by issuing forge training certificate & slip without CEO’s knowledge & permission.
& Now all of them are facing court trials under cyber law crime acts. FIR have been registered in name of Vinod Athenker & two other persons who have done this fraud with the company & the matter is in knowledge of one cabinet minister & his PS an IAS officer as well. So All of you be careful what you say & comment or write on these kind of site.
His original documents are in our custody & safe untill he pleads guilty for his shameful & unlawful acts & police gives him good treatment.
